We are excited to unveil the third issue of B4Students Tales, a digital magazine dedicated to amplifying student voices and opening doors to opportunities for youth and education in Albania, an initiative proudly supported by the Mane Foundation.
At the heart of this latest edition is the bold and inspiring visual identity created by Egla Ulliri, the winner of this year’s B4Students design competition. A 21-year-old graphic design student, Egla brings a unique combination of artistic passion and thoughtful storytelling to her work, making this issue not only visually striking but deeply resonant with the energy and vision of today’s youth.
For Egla, this marks her first professional opportunity in the design world, a milestone she embraced with both gratitude and ambition. “For me, graphic design is a combination of creativity and purpose,” she explains. “I love creating art that not only looks beautiful but also tells a meaningful story.”
Throughout the design process, Egla set out to craft a look and feel that truly captures the essence of her generation. Her aim? To create something bold, honest, and reflective of the creativity and energy that B4Students stands for. From the cover to the internal layout, Egla’s visual language gives this issue a personality all its own, one that is modern, vibrant, and engaging.
Egla follows in the footsteps of last year’s winner, Klea Leli, whose work on the inaugural issue left a lasting impression for its originality and vibrancy. Building on that legacy, Egla has not only lived up to expectations, she’s set a new standard, taking the reins for both the 3rd and 4th issues of B4Students Tales in 2025.
This accomplishment is more than just a publication credit. Like Klea before her, Egla has received financial support and public recognition, thanks to B4Students and the Mane Foundation.
The B4Students Tales open call continues to be a standout initiative connecting talented students with real-world opportunities in the creative industries. Egla’s story is proof of what can happen when young people are trusted with a platform: they rise, they lead, and they leave a mark.
“I’m truly grateful for the chance to bring my vision to life and share it with you,” Egla shares. “This project helped me express my ideas freely, and I hope it’s just the beginning of a long journey in design.”
We invite you to explore the latest issue of B4Students Tales and experience Egla’s creative vision firsthand. Discover stories, insights, and opportunities curated for and by young Albanians who are shaping the future.
