B4Students Business Idea Competition

Start your business.

The third edition of the Business Idea Competition is an open invitation to all students who have a business idea and want to develop it further, as a team or individually, with B4Students’ support.

Participants have the opportunity to receive a grant of up to 5000 Euros for starting a business, preferential terms lending in partnership with Tirana Bank, tailor-made training programs delivered by business professionals, 6 months of mentoring by B4Students experts, as well as partnership opportunities with BALFIN Group.

Benefits for Students

Grant for winning business ideas

3 of the applicants with the best business ideas, evaluated by the Jury, will receive dedicated funding up to 5 thousand Euros for starting the activity.

6 months mentoring by industry experts

Winners will be provided with personalized mentoring based on their identified needs for market entry and business development.

Tailor-made trainings on skills development

All applicants are invited to trainings on topics such as: design thinking, market research, marketing and sales, business plan development and presentation.

Preferential terms lending opportunity

Interested applicants will have the opportunity to apply for preferential terms lending in Tirana Bank, in partnership with B4Students.

Partnership opportunities

All applicants have the opportunity to be exposed to B4Students's partner business network and secure collaboration and investment.

Call for applications: Students are invited to submit their business idea on B4Students website.

Evaluation of applications:
The jury evaluates the applications and selects those who qualify for the training phase.
Selected applicants are invited to participate in the training program in order to structure the idea in the form of a Business Plan.
The document must be emailed to hello@b4students.com by November 16st.

Re-evaluation of applications: The jury evaluates the Business Plans and selects up to 12 finalists for the 'Demo Day'. At this event, the jury announces the best business ideas.

The winners announced in 'Demo Day' are invited to the meeting to conclude the funding agreement for the grant from B4Students, with the support of the BALFIN Group.
